What are you eating tomorrow?

Every night I go to the freezer or fridge and see what I am going to eat the next day. If there is now meat in the freezer, then I take out a pound of ground beef, a steak, or whatever I feel like eating. This habit has formed over the last couple years, even before becoming carnivore.

The reason it helps. Have you ever gotten home and nothing is taken out of the freezer or you just haven’t planned out supper? Well that then leads to EASY cooking. Easy cooking is dangerous, that’s where the frozen pizza get’s taken out, or some boxed food is made, or you get takeout. That sort of supper ruins your diet and well it is more expensive as well. That is why the simple act of looking into your freezer and choosing what sounds good the next day helps immensely!

I would love to be the guy who plans out the entire week on a Sunday and then execute that plan throughout the week. But that just isn’t me. Some days I just don’t feel like eggs or ground beef etc. so I just make what I feel like the next day. It helps because it makes you plan a little because after work you are tired and don’t want to decide what to eat. But at the same time, you have a little freedom in how your week’s meals will look like.

On this lifestyle, you have to do what works for you and makes life simple. You create boundaries of foods you can’t have and then you have freedom within those walls. You use your imagination and appetite to make the foods you want. It’s just so simple and freeing honestly! So go ahead tonight and ask, “What am I going to eat tomorrow?”
